As a Lead Development Representative at Windermere Real Estate, I had the privilege of working directly with Daniel Holis on “The Onyx at Leadville multifamily development from June 2017 to October 2020. Daniel was instrumental in the success of the Onyx development, an 8-unit multifamily project with an ambitious mountain contemporary style of architecture that met al the goals from the client’s perspective.
